This video specifically addresses supervisory challenges such as: linking reflective skills and management tasks, use of reflective questions to expand learning and perspective taking, ensuring job activities are in alignment with the agency mission, and skills to address challenging staff. This training addresses the challenging relationship concerns that we often do not discuss.
